This is the first step in their attempt to increase confidence and ultimately obtain a full time job and housing. Rebel is working full-time at Tender Greens Restaurant on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood. Today, he has his own apartment and is completely self-sufficient after being part of the homeless population since December of 2008. He has made us proud, and we look forward to many more graduates entering the workforce and leaving all government assistance. Pick a Sunday that is convenient and spend 90 minutes with us participating in our food serving and work for food award ceremony. We have a very unique model where the homeless collect trash to earn their food each week. Many have graduated our program and now have full time jobs that enable them to pay for their housing and leave all government assistance.
