Distribute Food & Clothing to 280+ Unhoused & Low-Income Neighbors In Hollywood
Donated Clothing Needed!
We are in need of clean, gently used clothing, shoes, jackets,
blankets, sleeping bags, backpacks and reusable tote bags.
You may drop items off between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM on Sundays at our serving location:
(1625 Schrader Blvd. Hollywood, CA 90028).
Or if you’re volunteering that day, simply bring them with you!
Food on Foot’s Mission
Food on Foot is a nonprofit dedicated to assisting our unhoused and low-income neighbors in Los Angeles with nutritious meals, clothing, and a fresh start through life-skills training, full-time employment, and permanent housing.
28 out of 32 formerly unhoused individuals participating in the housing phase of our Jobs & Housing program in 2021 – saving money and becoming self sufficient – are still housed in 2022.

Our Jobs & Housing program helps high-functioning people experiencing homelessness earn their way off the streets with a full-time job, a fully furnished apartment, and life-skills training.

Your gift of $100 can provide 43+ full meals for our unhoused neighbors in need. Each meal contains a chicken dinner (generously provided by El Pollo Loco Charities), snacks, fresh produce, and bottled water.

Help our Jobs & Housing participants thrive in their new job. Your gift of $200 can help provide items such as eyeglasses, haircuts, and sturdy work boots.
