Are You A Landlord Or Property Manger?
Food on Foot’s Jobs & Housing Program helps individuals transition from homelessness into stable employment and long-term housing. We partner with landlords and property managers throughout Los Angeles who are open to working with responsible, supported tenants backed by a structured, accountable program.
Why Partner With Us?
Thoroughly Vetted Tenants
Participants are carefully screened before entering housing. They must:
-
Be employed full-time
-
Demonstrate consistent and stable income
-
Be sober (we drug test before the housing stage)
-
Meet strict program eligibility requirements
-
Commit to weekly program engagement and accountability
We invest months preparing each participant for long-term housing success—because their success is our investment, too.

Guaranteed Move-In & Rental Support
-
Any move-in costs (first month’s rent, last month’s rent, deposit, etc.)
-
Security deposit (up to the legal maximum, including a double deposit if required)
-
-
$1,300 per month in rental assistance for the first four to six months
Furnishing Support for Stability
We provide a one-time $1,200 furnishing allowance for essential household items. A functional, minimally furnished home reduces stress and supports on-time rent payments.
Certified Budget & Savings Requirement

Ongoing Support & Accountability
