Help Change Lives:
Every Sunday | 12:30 – 2:30 PM
1625 Schrader Blvd. Hollywood, CA 90028
(back parking lot of the LGBT Center)
As a volunteer, you’ll strengthen our community by distributing food, clothing and essential supplies to 350 unhoused and low-income neighbors. You will also meet and hear stories from the participants in our Jobs & Housing program. Graduates from this program earn their way off the streets with full-time jobs, fully-furnished apartments, life-skills training, and the confidence needed to make their accomplishments long-lasting.
Kids are welcome! Volunteering with Food on Foot is kid friendly and the perfect way to give back as a family. Children ages 6 and up are welcome. Everyone under 18 must sign up online and be accompanied by a supervising ticketed adult.
Got clothes to donate? Please bring them with you when you volunteer. We accept new and clean gently used clothing, shoes, jackets, blankets, sleeping bags, backpacks and reusable tote bags.
Your suggested minimum $25 donation will help fund our programs that assist our unhoused neighbors with nutritious meals, full-time jobs, permanent housing, and life-skills training.
Masks are optional: Until further notice, masks for staff, volunteers, and program participants are optional when worn outside. Thank you.

Food on Foot’s Mission
Food on Foot is a nonprofit dedicated to assisting our unhoused and low-income neighbors in Los Angeles with nutritious meals, clothing, and a fresh start through life-skills training, full-time employment, and permanent housing.
28 out of 32 formerly unhoused individuals participating in the housing phase of our Jobs & Housing program in 2021 – saving money and becoming self sufficient – are still housed in 2022.
